P&G Bids Farewell to Two Board Members

Two longtime Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) board members have retired, according to reports. Charles R. Lee and Ralph Snyderman both recently celebrated their 70th birthdays—the customary retirement age for the company’s directors—and retired on April 19. Lee, who chairs the audit committee, joined the board in 1994. Synderman, who leads the innovation and technology committee, followed a year later....
